Nuuk (2019)

Set in the icy and cold weather on Greenland, two individuals meet only to unfold a mystery. Elaisa Svendsen is a middle-aged Filipino woman who lives in Nuuk. She has been a widow for some years - and She has a very testy relationship with her rebellious young adult son Karl Kleist. They have been estranged for some time, because her interference with his love affairs cost him the girl he truly loved. One day, while desperate for her Vodka and Prozac fix, she meets a visiting Filipino seaman Mark Alvarez at the pharmacy. Friendly and caring, Mark lent Elaisa a helping hand with her many problems. But just when Elaisa thought that some sun was shining through in her life, it appears that a blizzard is threatening to cause further havoc in her life.
